Located just a few short blocks from the beach and not far from Duval Street, this home is the perfect spot for your extended vacation.
As you enter, the wide-open living space is calm and inviting, offering a clear view to the back garden. The open, well-appointed kitchen is accented with blonde wood cabinets and modern granite countertops. Recessed lighting, colorful artwork and a dramatic tray-ceiling compliment the inviting living area. Open the sliding doors wide to experience true Key West indoor-outdoor living.
The primary bedroom features a large ensuite bathroom and sliding doors that lead out to the pool and hot tub. Luxuriate in the large, private outdoor shower just outside the door. Two additional bedrooms feature queen sized beds and baths of their own.
Outside, the large, turquoise pool and raised hot tub beckon you to relax and unwind. Lush landscaping and large, mature palm trees sway overhead in the tropical breeze as you lay back and enjoy your extended vacation in paradise.

1407 Leon St was a very nice house. I question why the owner left all the art and vases out. Because of this, the house is definitely not child-friendly. Luckily it was just my husband and myself. The kitchen could have a larger variety of pans and was also lacking tupperware. We found the amount of locked cupboard, drawers and armoire in the master bedroom to be a bit unwelcoming. We enjoyed the outdoor space. Because of the trees overhanging the pool, the pool got dirty and full of leaves very quickly. Overall, the house was clean and spacious and we love the neighborhood.

We love this property as evidenced by our fifth stay here. The new pool heater is super quiet and efficient so that was a nice surprise when we arrived. Five star property in a five star location maintained by great staff at RKWV.

We rent this house for several months and the house it self is just fantastic. Great back yard with heated pool, I love the outside shower, I never used the inside one at all, beds are comfortable, big living area and kitchen, big parking, the location is just perfect, 7min away from everything on the island in golf car. Our rental agent Jann at Rent KW she is just amazing and give a top notch services. I recommended 100% Manager's ResponseWe are so happy you have been enjoying your stay at Villa de Palmas. Winter Escape

Fourth winter stay. and again fabulous! Improvements in attention to landscaping and pool maintenance were noticeable during our stay. Only needed to call the management office to get a new gas canister (brought out 2 extras which got us through our entire 4 month stay) and to reset the pool timer after a storm. Both were handled efficiently and timely. One review mentioned that kitchen towels were lacking so we left the ones we brought. Manager's ResponseThank you for your review! Family Vacation

We enjoyed house & outside pool area was wonderful. Owner had new lounge chairs & grill. House was stocked with nice beach towels, plenty bath & bedrooms linens, needed kitchen towels. There are plenty cabinets in kitchen & master bedroom but majority had locks & wine cooler that’s shown in photos is locked. Air conditioner in half the house didn’t work for 2 weeks and unit had to be replaced and last couple days refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly. Rental company did bring out floor fans that helped some and small refrigerator to get us by. Higgs beach 5 minute drive but seaweed was terrible all month. We went into old town almost daily sightseeing & shopping paying for parking got expensive for a month. Key West was wonderful we will return.

This was our third consecutive year staying at this lovely property and by far our best stay. We made several improvement requests which were all completed before our arrival. The house was very clean and Joyce took great care of us as any needs arose during our stay.

Two tickets to paradise

For the second year in a row we spent December in this home. Wonderful property in a good location. Easy walk to the beach. A couple of items. Finally upon arrival the garbage and recycling bins (in house) had not been emptied master dusted and toilet (master) obviously had not been cleaned recently.
