Duval Square is located in the heart of Old Town Key West, yet is secluded away upstairs from the crowds. Delicious restaurants and unique shops are located in the quaint bricked courtyard below. A bright and sunny rooftop pool and pavilion area are just few steps from your front door. This home also offers one reserved parking space in the gated garage.

The downstairs living area is decorated in soothing cobalt and beachy sand tones and provides plenty of space for entertaining. French doors lead out to a covered and private patio area. The kitchen features modern appliances and granite countertops.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom is a calming oasis of dramatic wood tones and Caribbean blue accents. A spa-like ensuite bath features a large step in, pebble-tiled shower and generous vanity. We spent 4 nights in unit #17 and very much enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, close walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. We love Duvall Square! We’ve stayed there a handful of times in the seven years that we’ve been coming to Key West and find that it’s the perfect location for us. Villa Serena was fabulous! The unit was clean, very spacious, and had everything we needed for a great vacation. When the master bath sink and shower didn't drain properly, they had a maintenance man there very quickly and the problem was taken care of. The condo is in a fantastic location, right on Duvall Street. We would highly recommend this condo, but Rent Key West for their customer service and accommodations.

Duval Square was a very handy location for a Key West visit. Right in the middle of everything, within walking distance to lots and lots of attractions. The condo was clean and well equipped, everything worked except the tv soundbar. All in all a very good experiennce. Keeping the upstairs cool during warmer weather without freezing the downstairs could be an issue.

Our stay was fantastic! We loved the location with all the different shops and restaurants right in the same complex. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, it was spacious, and had fun little outdoor decks. The rooftop pool was great and never crowded. It was our first time in Key West and we will absolutely be back!

Overall, my friends really enjoyed our stay. Place was beautiful and spacious, and the staff was really welcoming. It's unfortunate that the elevator wasn't working and we had to carry our luggage up and down while we were there. Additionally, there were early Sat morning construction workers that made for an early, loud morning. But again, still enjoyed the place.

Thank you staying with us and taking the time to review our property.  We appreciate all feedback.  It is unfortuate that the elevator was out while you were here, but maintenance issue can occur.  We should have offered assistance with your luggage at your arrival and departure.  We apologize that we did not do that.

We loved the updated furniture and fixtures. They made the most of every space in the condo. We look forward to booking the same location in the future. My only suggestion would be to offer better pillows and mattress. In addition the water in the shower would go from too hot to too cold in a instant. But these are minor issues for us. Escape to Paradise

This was our first trip to Key West and I can’t wait to go back. We would absolutely stay in this villa again. The location was perfect. We were within a 5-10 minute walk of everything. We had a parking space in a gated parking garage for our rented Jeep. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Even though we were in the heart of the fun, being one floor up gave us both privacy and peace and quiet. Great place to rent, we would do it again. The only 2 items we think could improve are: 1. The shower drain is incredibly slow therefore when I'm done showering, there is a puddle of water and soap under my feet. 2. There is no central AC. The one in the window blows on you all the time.Otherwise, excellent stay! Kitchen well stocked with pans and tools needed to make a salad.

We loved our stay! The location is great and the house had plenty of room for a family of four. Was near all the action but also quiet during sleeping hours. Most importantly the unit stayed nice and cool in the hot July heat. Kitchen had everything we needed and the washer and dryer was an added bonus. Beds were very comfortable and the unit was very clean. A cooler was available for our use along with beach towels and umbrellas for the daily pop-up showers. Only issue was that the pool was too warm to swim in but hey it’s key west in July. Would recommend this place to anyone!

We spent 5 wonderful days in Villa Serena at Duval Square. The condo itself is beautiful and the location is simply perfect. Each bedroom upstairs had it’s own bathroom and there is a half bath on the main level. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We had control of the thermostat and we’re all very comfortable. The location is on Duval but situated so that we were away from the hustle and bustle. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the indoor covered locked garage is a plus. Wonderful stay!

First time in Key West!

We were very impressed with this condo. It was very clean and well stocked and very comfortable for 2 couples. It was very hot weather during our stay and the condo stayed cool. The master bedroom is quite a bit larger than the second bedroom and has a lot more storage space for clothes. One suggestion is putting drapes in the smaller bedroom because the sun shines very bright in the mornings. This is located on the quiet end of Duvall Street and it is a good walk to popular areas like Mallory Square. However, there very good restaurants in the same complex and close by. The rental office was very accommodating and allowed us a late check out and a place to store our luggage after check out since we had a later flight back home.

Lovely rental in perfect location. Very quiet and secure. Owner has thought of everything. We would recommend this rental to anyone needing two bedroom en-suite. The only thing we would change would be to add a full length mirror to second bedroom or somewhere just inside the foyer. Two women took turns using the mirror in the master.

Clean. Easy to work with Rent Key West. Safe and gated. Great part of town . Only problem was no window shade in the main King room. Nothing. It was so bright at 8 am you couldn't sleep in. Family vacation

This place was perfect for our little family. The location is on the quiet side of Duval but close enough to walk to the sittin. Our condo was very clean and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

Took a vacation with my fiance and my parents in July to tie up a few last things for our wedding and this townhouse was located in the perfect place. It was very walkable and felt very save, I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

Condo was very nice. TVs in all rooms. Can see the lighthouse and sunset from master bedroom and porch. Parking under building. Good security. FREE Key West Loop Transit (Bus) stop right in front of Duval Square property. Also, if you like to walk it is close to everything.
