The Home:
The main level of Tiki Beach House spans 1550 square feet, with an additional 560 square feet in two lofts, providing ample space for relaxation and recreation. The center of the home is the open living room/kitchen space. To each side of the common area are two bedrooms and a bath, along with the third bathroom directly off the common area and a laundry room. The kitchen is well equipped with a large island to bring everyone together for an evening meal or coffee chat for breakfast. Sliding glass doors lead out to the back deck where you can watch the sunrise or simply stare out at the water enjoying the moment of being in the Florida Keys.

Tiki Beach House is not just a home; it's an experience. Two lofts add versatility to the space, serving as extra bedrooms or an exciting play area for the kids. Access to the lofts is provided via ship ladders, adding a touch of adventure to your stay.

The Property:
Enjoy the coolness of prevailing easterly breezes off the ocean, creating a comfortable atmosphere even in the heat of summer. The property's location along Bogie Channel on the Gulf side offers excellent fishing opportunities, and with quick access to the Atlantic Ocean (via the Spanish Harbor bridge with a minimum clearance of 16.60 feet), it's a boater's paradise. Per County ordinance, guests are welcome to bring one watercraft/trailer to Tiki Beach. We are happy to make recommendations to our guests of local outfitters who can arrange the delivery of bikes, kayaks, or paddleboards directly to the home.

After a day of aquatic adventures, unwind by savoring the tranquility of your tropical surroundings so close to the water. Grill up your fresh catch and unwind on the hammocks under the palms trees by the shoreline.

The pool has been closed by Monroe County Engineers due to a safety issue within the pool structure. Pool has significant likelihood of imploding due to ocean water pressures on pool.
