Duval Square is a charming community with shops and restaurants downstairs and secure, quiet, private residences, pool and pavilion upstairs. Although the condo includes one assigned parking space in the gated garage, you can stroll anywhere from this conveniently located condo. All of the shops, galleries, restaurants, and attractions on and around Duval Street and nearby beaches are just a leisurely stroll away.
When you enter the home you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room and a convenient half bath. French doors let in the natural sunshine and open to the private back deck with dining table and chairs perfect for outdoor entertaining.
On the second floor, you will find 2 bedroom suites, each with their own private bathroom and an additional private balcony off the primary suite.
Bedding: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 queen sleeper sofa.

The elevator was broken when we arrived and was not repaired during the entire week. We had to carry our luggage and groceries through locked doors and up stairs.
Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to review our property. Unfortunately, some maintenance issues are out of our control and can happen. For safety reasons the elevator had to be shut down while you were here. Hopefully that did not impact your stay too much. We hope you enjoyed the condo and your time in Key West.

Great Key West Condo

Check in and out we’re very easy. The location was fabulous and it was nice having a quiet pool to use when the afternoons got hot. Two bedrooms with their own bathrooms was perfect and we even had a couple stay on the couch bed who had a half bath to their own downstairs.The smaller bedroom’s bathroom took a while for the shower water to heat up, but nothing huge. A wonderful place in paradise!

We had a great experience to the rental company. They even let us in the condo a little earlier. We did have so issues with the key pad on the door of the unit not working properly. but at first it did let us in at all, they got it work but we still had to enter the code two to three times before it opened. But once we got in the condo. It was Very clean, it could use an update on the furniture, they old and starting to show wear and look dirty. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The upstairs stays warmer then the downstairs so you have to use a fan to stay comfortable. They pool area was nice. it would have been nicer if there was a grill to use. One of the biggest things we loved was that they had a parking garage so our car was safe and we always had a place to park. The condo is in a nice area not to close to all the bars. So it wasn’t loud. They only thing that could use some serious help is the elevator it work fine, but it has a smell that you will never forget. Overall we loved our stay and we highly recommend this place. And if we would get a chance we could most definitely stay there again. 100% loved it.

The location is great, easy walking to many great places. Spacious unit with both bedrooms upstairs. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. There is a slight "old towel" smell. I wish there was more detailed information available before check in (directions, things to know, etc.) The one thing that I do think needs immediate attention is the keypad that is on the unit's door. It was challenging throughout our stay. Not sure if it has a low battery or what but it would take many attempts to get it to unlock. Overall, great place to stay when you're in Key West.

Perfect location to Duval Street but set back enough for quiet time when needed. Rent Key West staff were wonderful. We took the Jet Express from Ft Myers and they were able to accommodate an early check in as well as a late check out. CasaBella was tastefully island decorated and clean. Love the take a bottle, replace a bottle idea.

We had a great time. Celebrated 2 birthdays! We were not sure what to expect as we were first guests since Virus! Place was very inviting, very clean and other than your own groceries, stocked with everything we needed. I've stayed in Duval Square twice now and I highly recommend it. The Perfect Girls' Trip

IT WAS AMAZING !The pictures and written description were accurate. We parked our car Monday afternoon and did not get back in it until we left Saturday. We walked or took the Duval Loop ( FREE BUS-stops across the street from the parking garage ). We shopped, ate delicious food and saw all of Key West. I CAN NOT WAIT TO RETURN. My wife & I & another couple stayed at Casa Bella for five days & really enjoyed it. The condo is located in a great location, was very well stocked, and the staff were very friendly & attentive to all our needs. One afternoon an electrical problem developed in one of the feeders into the complex, leaving our condo without power for several hours. We were out at the time but the staff called me to let me know what gad happened & gave an update on when power would be restored. If we plan another trip to Key West we will definitely plan to stay here again.

Family Trip to KW

My family of 5 flew into Miami from 3 different airports and we rented a car and drove to KW the next day. The rental unit was just as described in the property description. The townhouse community was very nice. The unit was very clean and well stocked with essentials. We experienced an issue with the modem; it was replaced by the property mgmt company the next day and the issue was resolved. I would recommend this to a friend or relative.I enjoyed biking around the island, going jet skiing, watching the sunsets, the beach at the state park, and the overall relaxed atmosphere of KW!

The internet was not high speed, could not use on most of our electronics and the pool was only heated 1 out of 10 days. Key West Retreat

My family and I had a great time while down in Key West. The unit was clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need including laundry detergent. Furthermore the community was in the perfect location walking distance to almost everything!

CasaBella is a great place to stay

Took the family to KW and found this complex to be clean and located right off of Rival Street but not in the rowdy section. Evenings were quiet, good security in the complex. Appliances and furniture were in good shape. We had a great time and were able to walk just about everywhere we needed to go. I recommend staying here if you are visiting Key West.

As a vacation condo owner in Gulf Shores, I always look at the places I stay with a critical eye. Unit 20 was far beyond any place I've stayed. It had all the amenities you need (extra toilet paper, washer powder, etc.) so we didn't have to go buy extra. Duval Square was the perfect location with great restaurants and shops. My only suggestion to the management company is to be more proactive with maintaining smoke detector batteries (we had to change one in the middle of the night) and oil hinges (our bathroom door squeaked so loudly it woke everybody up whenever the door was opened or closed). Wonderful place, though! Look for the black 6 toed cat who hangs around.

Gone Fishing! A Fantastic Place to Stay

Gone Fishing was a great place to stay during our recent vacation in Key West. The location was very convenient to everything and the accommodations were great! I would definitely recommend Gone Fishing as a great vacation spot!
