This spacious two bedroom two bath condo sits 65' from the Atlantic in the secured Beach Club complex. Enjoy your large private Oceanfront balcony, shared Oceanside pools, tennis court, BBQs, workout room and sauna.

Unique oceanfront living only 65 feet from the Atlantic!
The Key West Beach Club is a quiet, peaceful residential building that sits directly on the water. The breathtaking view can be seen as soon as you enter the unit.
This comfortable 2 bedroom unit features an expansive oceanfront balcony accessed from both the living/dining area and the primary bedroom, with outside dining area as well as lounging furniture.
Inside you will find a large open plan living & dining area with sight lines to the kitchen. Lounge on the sectional sofa staring at the water or take in a good movie from your favorite online streaming service. The condo is decorated with "treasures" from the owners travels, including time spent in Morocco, that enhances their family time here in Key West.
The large master bedroom has a woven queen bed adding to the island flair of the condo along with private ensuite bath with tub. The guest room is also expansive with two twins and a futon for extra sleeping space. The twins may be made into a king upon request. The second bathroom is just across the hall from the bedroom, but a hall door will make this a private ensuite as well.
This unit features central heat/air, cable TV, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen, 2 baths, security entry, one reserved parking space in the garage and elevator access.
Resort amenities include 2 ocean side pools (one heated), tennis court, outside cooking facilities, workout room and sauna. Sleeps 4-5 (with extra charges over 4).
Please note: the Key West Beach Club Condo Association requires additional registration, which includes providing copies of photo IDs and background checks for everyone over the age of 17, in advance of your arrival. Details will be provided along with your RKWV rental agreement. NO CHECK-INs ALLOWED AFTER 10 p.m. at the Key West Beach Club.
Bedding: 1 queen, 2 twins, 1 futon (in 2nd bedroom)
The undercover parking space is NOT available to guests. Guests must use the parking lot onsite.

*The peak sargassum season in Key West is typically from July thru September, with June may also see significant amounts which can impact your stay. While the naturally occurring seaweed itself is not dangerous, it can accumulate on beaches, producing a foul odor and potentially harboring organisms that cause skin irritation. We do not provide discounts for the situation.

A Perfect View

As soon as you enter this unit, the magnificent view through the glass sliders draws you right out on the covered balcony. What a pleasure to sit, under cover, and enjoy the view, the sound of the waves and the calm you immediately feel. In addition to being located minutes from downtown, the public beach is just down the street. The unit is well equipped and perfect for an hour or two respite from all your busy activities. A Key West Stay with an Ocean View

We enjoyed our stay and check-in went very well. The view was amazing! It was clean. We did leave a note regarding a few things needing attention in the the condo: master bedroom blinds not working, painter's tape holding the master bath mirror in place, wood pieces missing between some kitchen cabinets, dishwasher soap dispenser cover missing, and dishwashing check-out directions are inconsistent between the binder and folder.

We cannot say enough good things about this experience. The condo is clean and well stocked and has an amazing view. Close enough to walk to public beaches and Oceanside pools. Long walk or short Uber ride to Duval street. The rental company is so accommodating and easy to work with. If we ever come back to Key West we will be staying here again.

Lovely Ocean View

Well maintained condo. Everything we needed was right there. The issue we had, that was out of the owner’s control was the Atlantic side smelled like horrid rotten eggs, the seaweed and algae were “blooming” we were told. The only issue with the condo was that the living room furniture was not comfortable at all. It looked nice, but the couch was low to the ground, the chairs were not comfortable for the lady facing have surgery.

A Little Slice of Heaven

The oceanfront condo was very clean and waking to the view of the ocean each morning was breathtaking. The unit was very well supplied with kitchen items, towels, both for the condo and the beach. The large pool was very refreshing and had very comfortable furniture. The smaller pool was way too warm, obviously a problem, and we heard they were waiting for a part. The only issue with the condo was the low living room furniture. We realized it was placed there for extra sleeping, but the furniture was very low to the ground and very uncomfortable. All-in-all, it was a great place to stay and would recommend you rent a gas golf cart to get to Duval Street, as it was a about a 30 minute one-way walk, and very warm in the sun/heat of the day, plus you need a vehicle to go and buy groceries as the corner grocery store had very little in the way of choices.

Large Condo with a Wonderful View

Unit #112 met all of our needs. The space was quite roomy for our family of 4 and was extremely well stocked with towels and beach towels. The view from the living room and balcony is just amazing. I used the fitness room several mornings and was the only person in there, using the treadmill or bike and looking at the ocean. The property is quiet and gated but I could walk to the busier streets like Duval in about 15-20 minutes. We enjoyed the smaller pool one evening and it was very warm. Overall, it was a good stay.

Dealing with RentKeyWest could not have been easier or more satisfying. Thank you!The apartment at KWBC is amazingly furnished and the location ROCKS.....away from the Duval Street craziness, but close enough to get there in minutes! The apartment could use a deep clean (like baseboards, corners, baskets under the TV, the dusting of bottom shelves, etc.) - but that certainly will not keep my from coming back.....just a suggestion!

Long overdue dose of normalcy

From the minute we arrived we were very happy with the condo. Between the artistic decor from around the world, to the breathtaking views of the water and the immaculately kept lush grounds, we knew we would have no problem relaxing and enjoying our week away!Due to COVID, we have not been anywhere since February of 2020, and it was so nice to be able to get away and feel comfortable and safe. Although we did not venture into town like we normally would, there was no need to. We enjoyed both pools during the day, and sitting on the balcony in the evening. The kitchen was nice and spacious and provided all the supplies we needed to cook all of our meals at home; except the last night we did enjoy an early dinner out at an outdoor restaurant on the beach.This is a wonderful unit and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Even if for a week, we were able to forget about the stress of the world right now. We will certainly be back again!

This is a great spot if you are looking for a quiet getaway. The ocean is at your deck, the pools are always empty, and Duval is nearby if you like activity, especially at night. This is my 4th year at the same place and condo. Good value for the money.

Beach Club #112 Best Condo

The Beach Club Condo's in Key West really made our vacation perfect. As most know the weather in June is very hot and muggy. The condo air conditioning worked great. Parking is easy, it is very quiet and it is so serene to look over the ocean off the patio. I like the location because you get the ocean breeze and you are close to downtown, but not in it. The Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Washer and Dryer worked great. The 2 bedrooms and bath rooms were perfect. Lots of extra towels and beach towels. Then even have an ice chest for the beach. Both bathrooms had lots of shower pressure and fit four of us perfect. Living and Dining area were very unique and comfy. Master bed is a little hard, but I recently had back surgery so it was perfect for me. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Owners have fun facts and pictures in their place which made it fun as well. Beach Rental company was professional and helpful. 5 stars from me.

Great vacation

The rental experience was quite easy through rent key west. The view of the property is spectacular. It was a short (5 minute) walk to smathers beach. The walk to the old town area was 20 to 30 minutes. Overall it was a great location with an awesome view. Hoping to have a chance to go again.

Best Condo and location in Key West

Walking in is the best part because what you see is even more gorgeous than the pictures. This condo was perfectly located and the owners personalized it with family photos, good books, sports equipment, etc. which we really liked! There's a small convenience store and liquor store one block away and a couple of food establishments if you want to grab a quick bite and walk there. Duval street is walking distance away and it helped so as not to gain 5 pounds from all the great food. Loved this place, you will too!
