From the owners of South of Frances, here is another beautiful, historic restoration project. This lovingly restored home is ready for guests following a complete redo! The attention to detail and master craftsmanship can be seen everywhere in this beautiful home.
The first floor of the home features a den/TV room with a built-in queen size Murphy bed highlighting the original Dade county pine walls. The living room/dining area opens with French doors to a bricked courtyard and pool area. Upstairs has two bedrooms with baths ensuite. Each have their own private porches for enjoying a morning cup of coffee.

Parking: Please note, parking is on-street. There is NO off-street, reserved parking spot for this property.

A truly wonderful month in Key West

We were so lucky to find Ashe Splashe! We got to meet hosts Jane and Carey on our 2016 trip to Key West, so we know where wed be staying in 2017. They were wonderfully communicative throughout the year, working with us on dates and keeping us updated when Hurricane Irma blew through the Florida Keys. The house itself is a treasure right in the heart of Old Town, an easy walk to everything. The yard and dip pool were a private paradise. Inside, we found the bedrooms to be incredibly comfortable and enjoyed taking our morning coffee on the back deck. I enjoyed thumbing through photos of the historic renovation of the home. Jane and Carey have done an incredible job! The home reflects the magic of Key West with its art and design. We hope to be back for another month in 2019!

Wonderful home on Ashe Street

After selling our house on Flemming, we continue to spend a month renting home in Key West. This home on Fleming was one of our favorites. The two bedroom home was beautifully furnished nicely, with with historic Key West photos throughout. Highly recommend the Ashe Splashe home.

Great Key West History

Ashe-Splash is a wonderful home. The history in the family which is displayed in the home and the furnishings are both very unique. The home is extremely comfortable and very upscale, however keeping in tune with a definite Key West Dcor. My daughters and I enjoyed the large relaxing porches. If anyone is looking for a true Key West experience, you will find it in this beautiful home. It was a very easy walk to both the Seaport and Duval Street! We highly recommend this home, and wish to return again.

Quiet retreat for walkers

Colorful Ashe Splashe has been splendidly restored. Original wood is charmingly exposed in some areas of original part of the house. The seating offers little comfort. Uneven bricks on pool deck are a hazard. Parking at night is tricky.. don't recommend giving up spot. House needs a tv in living area and perhaps in master. Owners are very concered about renters' welfare.
